PoD provides the opportunity for volunteers to make a real difference overseas, while experiencing incredible parts of the world that are rich in culture, variety and natural beauty. We also arrange placements and courses for our volunteers who want to develop their skills in amazing locations. You may be on your gap year, taking a career break or wanting to volunteer as part of a working holiday abroad.

We currently offer gap years, career breaks, working holidays and volunteer projects in Belize, Cambodia, Malawi, Nepal, Peru, Tanzania and Thailand. We also organise school expeditions.

Through every project that PoD is involved with, we aim to ensure benefit for the volunteers, the charities and organisations we work with, and most importantly the local environment and communities.
