We can take applications up to 18 months ahead.  To guarantee availability we recommend applying 3-6 months ahead.  However, life doesn't always work this way and you may not have this much time!  In general it's helpful to apply at least a month in advanced so that there is time to make the preparations, but we can also deal with last minute applications.
